摘 要:根据一次法成型机带束鼓自动纠偏控制要求,设计一款基于计算机视觉的模型预测自动纠偏控制系统。分析带束层成型传递中的横向偏差原因,提出了一种纠偏预测控制方法。纠偏系统采用工业相机提取带束层在纠偏机构处的边缘特征,将基准位置与实际位置进行比较,并实时反馈给控制系统,采用模型预测控制进行实时自适应调节,遗传算法优化系统参数,纠偏算法实现闭环负反馈预控制。模型在MATLAB中仿真,分别将PID控制、模型预测控制与遗传算法模型预测控制相比较。结果显示模型预测控制在线反应速度快,滚动优化效果显著,遗传模型鲁棒性好,二者在5 mm的偏差范围内,实现0.7 s内纠偏。所设计的自动纠偏控制系统具有实时响应速度快、误差小、纠偏成本低等优势,符合成型机带束鼓要求。According to the requirements of automatic edge tracking control of a roll forming machine,a computer vision-based model predictive automatic edge tracking control system is designed.The reasons for the lateral deviation of the strip layer during forming transportation on the conveyor belt are analyzed,and a correction prediction control method is proposed.The edge features of the strip layer at the correction mechanism are extracted using an industrial camera in the correction system.The baseline position is compared with the actual position,and feedback is provided to the control system in real-time.Model predictive control is used for real-time adaptive adjustment,genetic algorithms are used to optimize system parameters,and closed-loop negative feedback pre-control is implemented based on the correction algorithm.The model is simulated in MATLAB,comparing PID control,model predictive control,and genetic algorithm optimized model predictive control.The results show that model predictive control has fast online response speed,significant rolling optimization effect,and good robustness of genetic model predictive control.Both methods achieve edge tracking within 0.7 s within a deviation range of 5 mm.The designed automatic edge tracking control system has the advantages of fast real-time response speed,continuous rolling optimization,and meets the requirements of the roll forming machine with belt drum.
