摘 要:由于开关磁阻电机(SRM)的双凸极结构及非线性特征,导致其存在着较为严重的转矩脉动和振动问题,限制了它的进一步发展和应用。为了能同时降低SRM的转矩脉动和振动,提出了一种基于在线转矩补偿器的SRM径向力控制方法。首先,利用平均转矩控制(ATC)对转矩进行控制;其次,采用直接力控制(DFC)对径向力进行限幅,并对转矩控制信号与径向力控制信号进行逻辑处理,从而在转矩控制的同时使径向力更低;然后,采用在线转矩补偿器(OTC)对转矩进行补偿,抑制DFC控制时所导致的转矩恶化;最后,与ATC控制策略进行对比研究。仿真结果表明,所提出的控制策略在两种不同工况下,总径向力分别降低了102.8 N(35.92%)和214.65 N(32.65%),转矩脉动分别降低了18.2%和14.2%,同时抑制了SRM径向力和转矩脉动,从而抑制振动并提高其稳定性。The biconvex pole structure and nonlinear characteristics of switched reluctance motor(SRM)lead to more serious problems of torque ripple and vibration,which limit its further development and application.To be able to reduce the torque ripple and vibration of SRM at the same time,an SRM radial force control method based on an online torque compensator is proposed.Firstly,the torque is controlled using average torque control(ATC).Secondly,the radial force is limited using direct force control(DFC),and the torque control signal is logically processed with the radial force control signal so that the radial force is lower while the torque is being controlled.Then the torque is compensated using an online torque compensator(OTC)to inhibit the deterioration of the torque caused by the DFC control.Finally,a comparative study with the ATC control strategy was conducted.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy reduces the total radial force by 102.8 N(35.92%)and 214.65 N(32.65%)and the torque ripple by 18.2%and 14.2%,respectively,and suppresses the radial force and torque ripple of the SRM at the same time under the two different operating conditions,thus suppressing vibration and improving its stability.
