摘 要:《家庭教育促进法》的颁布实施意味着公共权力介入家庭教育在法律层面得到确证。公共权力能够直接介入家庭教育的物质基础是学校教育的发展。学校通过设置教育的评价标准、要求父母的配合、抑制家庭的僭越等,已经影响着家庭教育的内容、形式和方法。公共权力介入家庭教育的目标之一在于促进父母更好地实施家庭教育,在此过程中需要以尊重家庭教育的情感基础、伦理关系和具体差异作为介入的限度。当前,公共权力的介入应该以立足教育为主,通过关注教育的“起跑线”问题以降低教育获得差异、明确学校的指导内容以优化家校关系、改善家庭教育的实施环境以推进权责对等,提升介入的质量。The promulgation and implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law means that the intervention of public power in family education has been legally confirmed.The practical basis for the direct intervention of public power in family education is the development of school education.Schools have already influenced the content,form,and methods of family education by setting evaluation standards for education,requiring parental cooperation,and suppressing family overstepping.One of the goals of public power intervention in family education is to promote encourage parents to better implement family education.In this process,it is necessary to respect the emotional foundation,ethical relationships,and specific differences of family education as the limits of intervention.Currently,the intervention of public power should focus on education.The effective ways to improve the quality of public power intervention in family education mainly include the following points.Firstly,by focusing on the issue of the"starting line"of education,we can reduce disparities in educational attainment.Secondly,by clarifying the guidance content of the school,we can optimize the family-school relationship.Thirdly,by improving the implementation environment of family education,we can promote the exercise of parental rights and obligations.
