摘  要:为满足大规模既有建筑安全性快速评估和常态化安全管理的需求,开发多源数据融合驱动的既有建筑安全性评价与预警管理系统,并展开实例应用。采用多源数据融合方法建立既有建筑数据模型,以解决老旧建筑图纸缺失、模型建立困难问题;利用C#语言和Dynamo可视化编程进行Revit二次开发,内置既有建筑安全评定逻辑和评定方法;采用案例推理方法构建既有建筑安全预警管理案例库,为既有建筑安全预警管理提供决策参考;以Revit软件为平台载体,创建安全性评价规范鉴定和安全预警管理功能模块,实现既有建筑安全的自动化评估和可视化预警管理。以某老旧教学楼为例,运行已开发的安全性评价与预警管理系统,发现输出安全性评级与专业鉴定结果一致,并形成构件损伤预警清单、输出相似案例及其预警管理对策,验证了系统的可靠性。To meet the demands for rapid safety assessments and standardized safety management of large-scale existing buildings,this research introduces a Safety Assessment and Early Warning Management(SA&EWM)system that leverages multi-source data fusion.First,based on the safety appraisal specifications for existing buildings,this research outlines the logical framework and calculation methods for conducting safety assessments.Second,this research integrates multi-source data by employing data fusion techniques and probabilistic limit state determination methods.These include 3D laser scanning,drone tilt photography,assessments of existing building damage,and Building Information Modeling(BIM)to develop a comprehensive data model for safety assessments of existing buildings.Third,this research conducts secondary development of Revit using C#and Dynamo visual programming to incorporate the logical framework and calculation methods for safety assessments of existing buildings.Additionally,by employing a case-based reasoning approach,we developed a safety early warning management case database specifically designed for existing frame structures.This database thoroughly calculates the similarity between the target case and previous safety management reports,facilitating the retrieval of cases with the highest resemblance.This,in turn,offers valuable decision-making references for the safety early warning management of existing buildings.Furthermore,Revit serves as the platform for developing the data model associated with safety evaluation specifications and early warning management.Utilizing Revit,we created functional modules for identifying safety evaluation specifications and managing early warnings,thereby enabling automated safety assessments and enhancing the visualization of early warning management.Finally,to demonstrate the effectiveness of the SA&EWM system,we applied it to an old school building.The assessment results from the SA&EWM system were consistent with those obtained from professional appraisals.The syst
