摘 要:为识别建设工程安全事故中的管理缺陷致因机理,基于复杂网络理论构建安全责任主体网络,考虑经典耦合映像格子模型适应性,提出自适应负载分配攻击策略,验证级联效应下网络鲁棒性。首先,收集144起较大及以上建筑领域事故调查报告,以追责逻辑提取相关责任主体构建复杂网络,并基于组织网络结构与级联特征指标提出自适应负载分配攻击策略;其次,计算责任主体网络特征参数,分析网络拓扑特性;最后,基于鲁棒性评价指标,对比验证改进攻击策略下责任主体网络鲁棒性。研究显示,建设工程安全责任主体网络具有小世界特征和无标度特性;在经典单次攻击下,建设工程安全管理的重要责任主体一旦失职,将对网络鲁棒性造成严重影响;自适应负载分配连续靶向攻击模拟了建筑项目发生管理缺陷情况下的级联效应,刻画了跨组织、多层级的责任共担机制,揭示了管理缺陷安全事故致因机理,并为降低建设工程安全事故从组织管理视角提供了理论依据。To identify the mechanisms underlying management deficiencies that contribute to construction safety accidents,a comprehensive network of safety responsibility entities in construction projects is constructed using complex network theory.This study begins with the collection of 144 investigation reports from significant construction accidents,serving as a foundation for extracting relevant responsible entities based on a detailed accountability logic framework.This framework helps delineate the roles and interactions of various stakeholders involved in construction safety management.Recognizing the limitations of the classical coupled image lattice model,this research introduces an innovative adaptive load distribution attack strategy.This strategy is designed to evaluate the robustness of the constructed network under cascading effects,which are critical in understanding how failures propagate through interconnected entities.The adaptive approach allows for a more nuanced examination of how management deficiencies can lead to broader systemic failures within construction projects.The research proceeds to calculate key characteristic parameters of the network of safety responsibility entities in construction projects,focusing on its topological properties such as node centrality,connectivity,and clustering coefficients.These metrics are essential for understanding the structural integrity and vulnerabilities of the network.Subsequently,the robustness of the network is assessed using specific evaluation indicators,comparing the network s resilience under traditional single-attack scenarios with those subjected to the newly proposed adaptive attack strategy.The findings reveal that the network of safety responsibility entities in construction projects possesses distinct small-world characteristics and exhibits scale-free properties.Crucially,the results indicate that the failure of key responsible entities in construction safety management has a disproportionately severe impact on the overall robustness of the netw
