摘  要:随着轮机和发电设备产业的快速兴起,大缸径发动机供不应求,人工实现活塞入缸的节拍已达不到产量需求。基于此背景下,本文提出采用机器视觉和PLC技术设计一套活塞自动入缸设备。设备由西门子PLC S7-1500、海康威视相机搭配施耐德视觉控制系统、气动活塞夹套、非标电气件等组成。通过PLC控制相机实现视觉定位并反馈PLC控制工业机器人快速精准实现活塞自动夹取入缸。通过现场实测,该工序人员缩减一半,节拍得到很大提升。With the rapid rise of the wheel and power generation equipment industry,the supply of large-bore engines is short of demand,and the manual takt of piston entry into the cylinder is no longer in line with the production demand.Against this background,it is proposed to design a set of piston self-entry devices using machine vision and PLC technology.The equipment consists of Siemens PLC S7-1500,Haikowei Camera with Schneider Visual Control System,Pneumatic Piston Clamps,Non-standard Electrical Components,etc.Visual positioning and feedback via PLC-controlled cameras PLC-controlled industrial robots quickly and accurately enable piston self-gripping into cylinders.Through on-site physical testing,the process personnel were halved,and the Takt was greatly improved.
