摘 要:针对某型号叉车起步时,变速箱操纵杆异常跳挡的问题,分析了变速箱操纵杆系统的激励源和传递路径,采集了关键测点的振动数据,进行了发动机的模态试验,完成了ODS分析和模态参数识别等数据处理,确定了该内燃叉车异常跳挡的主要原因,通过优化匹配发动机悬置刚度,优化悬置垫刚度,变速箱操纵杆异常跳挡问题得到了有效解决。Iming at the problem of abnormal gear shift of transmission lever during the start of a forklift truck,the excitation source and transmission path of transmission lever system were analyzed,vibration data of key measurement points were collected,engine modal test was conducted,ODS analysis and modal parameter identification were completed,and the main reasons for abnormal gear shift of the internal combustion forklift truck were determined.By optimizing the engine mounting stiffness and the mounting pad stiffness,the problem of abnormal shift of transmission lever is effectively solved.
