摘  要:介绍超临界流体微孔发泡材料的特点及成型原理,回顾了微孔塑料工艺发展的主要阶段。通过在汽车内饰件、外饰件、功能件等关键零部件系统中轻量化应用的发展历程及研究现状介绍,阐明了超临界流体微孔塑料对于汽车减重制造工艺及环保可回收工艺的重要性与发展方向,并结合影响超临界流体在聚合物中发泡效果的因素及微孔塑料产品制件的优缺点,提出了微孔发泡塑料的工艺优化方向,对于微孔塑料在汽车轻量化领域的产业应用前景进行了展望。Introduce the characteristics and forming principles of supercritical fluid microcellular foaming materials,and review the main stages of the development of microcellular plastic technology.By introducing the development history and research status of lightweight applications in key component systems such as automotive interior,exterior,and functional parts,this paper elucidates the importance and development direction of supercritical fluid microcellular plastics for automotive weight reduction manufacturing processes and environmentally friendly recyclable processes.Combining the factors that affect the foaming effect of supercritical fluid in polymers and the advantages and disadvantages of microcellular plastic product parts,the process optimization direction of microcellular foamed plastics is proposed,and the industrial application prospects of microcellular plastics in the field of automotive lightweighting are discussed.
