摘 要:随着汽车工业的快速发展,对汽车零部件机械加工技术人才的需求日益增长。中等职业学校作为技术技能人才培养的重要基地,加强汽车零部件机械加工技术教育显得尤为重要。本文探讨了该技术在中职教育中的应用,强调了行业需求与人才培养的紧密联系,以及通过课程设置、实践教学和教学方法创新来提高学生的就业竞争力和实践操作技能。通过实训室和企业实践基地的建设,以及理实一体化和项目驱动式教学方法的应用,中职教育能够更好地满足行业需求,培养出更多高质量的技术技能型人才。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for talents in automotive parts machining technology is increasing day by day.As an important base for cultivating technical and skilled talents,it is particularly important to strengthen the education of automotive parts machining technology in secondary vocational schools.This article explores the application of this technology in vocational education,emphasizing the close connection between industry demand and talent cultivation,as well as improving students'employment competitiveness and practical skills through curriculum design,practical teaching,and innovative teaching methods.Through the construction of training rooms and enterprise practice bases,as well as the integration of theory and practice and the application of project-based teaching methods,vocational education can better meet the needs of the industry and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents.
