摘  要:燃气轮机是一种内燃式动力机械,属于旋转叶轮式热力发动机,基本组成部分包括压气机、燃烧室和燃气涡轮。其中压气机负责将空气压缩,提高气体压力,为后续的燃烧创造条件;燃烧室将空气与燃料混合并燃烧,释放出高温高压的气体,为涡轮提供推动力;涡轮在高温高压气体的冲击下开始旋转,通过连杆传动带动压气机和其他设备,实现能源转换。燃气轮机是一种制造精密、控制复杂、运行高效的设备,要想提高其运行可靠性,重视其维护至关重要。文章分析了以可靠性为中心的维护,探究了燃气轮机气路故障RCM分析的相关内容,提出了燃气轮机可靠性维护策略,以期为相关人员提供参考。A gas turbine is an internal combustion power machinery,belonging to a rotary vane type heat engine.Its basic components include a compressor,a combustion chamber,and a gas turbine.The compressor is responsible for compressing the air,increasing the gas pressure,and creating conditions for subsequent combustion;The combustion chamber mixes air with fuel and burns it,releasing high-temperature and high-pressure gases to provide propulsion for the turbine;The turbine begins to rotate under the impact of high-temperature and high-pressure gas,and drives the compressor and other equipment through connecting rod transmission to achieve energy conversion.Gas turbine is a device that is manufactured with precision,controlled with complexity,and operates efficiently.To improve its operational reliability,it is crucial to pay attention to its maintenance.The article analyzes reliability centered maintenance,explores the relevant content of RCM analysis of gas turbine gas path faults,and proposes reliability maintenance strategies for gas turbines,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
