摘 要:由于现行方法在深度调峰工况下电力锅炉机组给水流量自动调控场景中应用效果不佳,电力锅炉机组给水流量超控量较大,并且调控时延较长,无法达到预期的调控效果并满足深度调峰工况下电力锅炉机组运行需求,为此提出深度调峰工况下电力锅炉机组给水流量自动调控。根据深度调控工况需求,设计电力锅炉机组自动退泵、并泵控制逻辑,并利用PID算法计算电力锅炉机组自动退泵、并泵中给水流量调控量,通过PID控制器对给水流量进行自动调控。经试验证明,设计方法超控量不超过2%,调控时延不超过20ms,可实现对电力锅炉机组给水流量的精准调控。Due to the current method in the depth of peak load condition power boiler unit feed waterflow automatic regulation scenario application effect is poor,the power boiler unit feed waterflow overcontrol amount is larger,and the regulation delay is longer,unable to achieve the expected regulation effect,and meet the depth of peak load power boiler unit operating demand,put forward the depth of electric load boiler unit feed waterflow automatic regulation.According to the demand of deep control condition,the control logic of automatic return pump and parallel pump of the power boiler unit is designed,and the PID algorithm is used to calculate the automatic feed waterflow control amount of the power boiler unit,and the feed waterflow is automatically controlled by the PID controller.The experiment has proved that the design method can not exceed 2%,and the control delay should not exceed 20 ms,which can realize the accurate control of the feed waterflow of the power boiler unit.
