摘　　要：目的:构建重症监护室(ICU)护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训方案,为护理管理者开展急性皮肤衰竭相关教育和培训提供参考。方法:基于ADDIE模型(包括分析、设计、开发、实施、评价5个阶段),通过半结构式访谈和文献回顾拟定培训方案初稿,2024年7月—9月采用德尔菲专家函询法对来自8个省市从事重症医学专业的16名专家进行2轮专家函询,最终确定ICU护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训方案。结果:2轮专家函询的问卷回收率分别为88.89%和100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.82和0.87。最终形成的ICU护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训方案共包含5个一级指标、16个二级指标和40个三级指标,且各级指标的Kendall's W值分别为0.250,0.232,0.319(P<0.05)。结论:构建的ICU护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训方案具有科学性和实用性,可为护理管理者开展ICU护士急性皮肤衰竭护理培训提供参考。Objective:To develop a nursing training program for ICU nurses on acute skin failure,serving as a reference for nursing managers to conduct education and training related to acute skin failure.Methods:Based on the ADDIE model(comprising five phases:Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,and Evaluation),a preliminary draft of the training program was developed through semi⁃structured interviews and literature review.From July to September 2024,a two⁃round Delphi expert consultation was conducted with 16 critical care medicine specialists from eight provinces/municipalities,ultimately finalizing the ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care.Results:The questionnaire response rates for the two rounds of expert consultation were 88.89%and 100.00%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.82 and 0.87,respectively.The finalized ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care comprises 5 first⁃level indicators,16 second⁃level indicators,and 40 third⁃level indicators.The Kendall's W values for these indicator levels were 0.250,0.232,and 0.319,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions:The developed ICU nurse training program for acute skin failure care demonstrates scientific validity and practical applicability,serving as a valuable reference for nursing managers in implementing acute skin failure care training for ICU nurses.
