摘 要:怎样培养人是教育事业的根本问题,回归本真的育人方式是教育改革的本然所向。教育催熟论是我国民间盛行的用“三超”学习来加速儿童成长、成熟的教育哲学,其社会恶果是教育速成、教育膨胀、教育蒸馏等教育异变现象的滋蔓,当代我国基础教育祛之不去的诸多顽疾都与之关联。教育催熟论的三个子命题是:儿童学力无限论、教育僭越成长论、分数评价王者论。儿童成长具有自我性、自然性、自动性,其实质是由自我发起的自由自在生长过程,相对而言,教育事业则具有自为性、构造性、次生性,走向自然与自为相平衡的教育是破除教育催熟论羁绊的必由之路。我国基础教育改革攻克教育催熟论的应然之道是:回归“以生为本”的教育立场,抗衡“教育强塑论”的实践侵扰,重构学生、教育、评价的“正三角”关系。How to cultivate human beings is the fundamental issue of education,and returning to the true way of cultivating human beings is the natural direction of education reform.The Accelerating Adultness Through Education Theory(AATET)is a popular educational philosophy in China,which utilizes“three excesses”in learning to accelerate children's growth and maturity,and its evil consequences in society are social proliferation of various educational anomalies,such as accelerated education,education inflation,education distillation and other phenomena,with many persistent and intractable problems in China's contemporary elementary education related to them.The three sub-propositions of the AATET are:the theory of unlimited learning capacity of children,the theory of transgressive educational development and the theory of score-centred evaluation.Children's growth is of self,natural,and automatic nature and is in essence a self-initiated free growth process.In contrast,education is self-generating,constructive and derivative,and a balanced education between nature and self-generation is the only way to break the stumbling block of the AATET.The inevitable way for China's elementary education reform to overcome the theory of the AATET is to return to the position of“student-oriented”education,to counteract the practice intrusion of“strong moulding theory of education”,and to reconstruct the“equilateral triangle”of students,education and evaluation.
