摘　　要：随着中国经济进入高质量发展新阶段,对于经济学专业的人才以及培养模式提出了新的高层次要求,需要培养出综合性创新型人才。为了满足国家对经济学创新型人才的迫切需求,中国高等教育正从传统式教育向创新型教育转变,各高校积极创新经济学专业人才培养方案,积极改革人才培养模式。本文针对当前高校存在评价体系守旧、教学体系传统、创新教育观念滞后的人才培养现状,从明确专业人才定位、实行综合性教学、加强教师队伍建设、构筑新型知识体系等方面建立经济学创新型人才培养体系,旨在培养出经济学专业的高质量创新人才。With the entry of the Chinese economy into a new stage of high-quality development,new high-level requirements have been put forward for talents and training mode of economics majors,requiring the cultivation of comprehensive and innovative talents.In order to meet the urgent demand of the country for innovative talents in economics,China's higher education is transforming from traditional education to innovative education,universities are actively innovating their talent training programs for economics majors and reforming their talent training models.This paper,in view of the current situation of talents training in colleges and universities with old-fashioned evaluation system,traditional teaching system and lagging concept of innovative education,a training system for innovative talents in economics is established from the aspects of clarifying professional talent positioning,implementing comprehensive teaching,strengthening the construction of teachers and building a new knowledge system,so as to cultivate high-quality innovative talents in economics.
