抗敏牙膏与西地碘片联合治疗对慢性牙周炎患者的临床疗效及牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性牙周炎患者联合应用抗敏牙膏与西地碘片的临床疗效及对牙周状况的影响.方法:选取2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 12 月于本院就诊治疗的 72 例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象.根据治疗方式,将其分为研究组(n=36,抗敏牙膏与西地碘片联合治疗)和对照组(n=36,单纯西地碘片治疗).比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周状况及龈沟液炎性因子水平.结果:研究组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者的菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、龈沟出血指数均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的龈沟液的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:慢性牙周炎患者采取抗敏牙膏与西地碘片联合治疗方案,临床疗效显著,不仅可有效改善其牙周状况,还可显著降低龈沟液炎性因子水平,值得临床推广.Objective:To explore the clinical effect and the influence on periodontal status of patients with chronic periodontitis using anti-sensitivity toothpaste combined with sildeiodide tablets.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into study group(n=36,treated with anti-sensitivity toothpaste combined with sildeiodide tablets)and control group(n=36,treated with sildeiodide tablets alone).The clinical effect,the periodontal status and the level of inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of plaque index,periodontal pocket depth,gingival crevicular bleeding index in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-1βand tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αof gingival crevicular fluid in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of anti-sensitivity toothpaste and sildeiodide tablets has significant clinical effect in patients with chronic periodontitis,which can not only effectively improve their periodontal status,but also significantly reduce the level of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
