摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊科护理中应用核对表单对交接班情况及护理质量的影响.方法:选取 2021 年 10 月至2023 年 5 月本院收治的 100 例急诊科患者为研究对象.根据护理交接班实施方式,将其分为观察组(n=49,采用核对表单进行急诊科护理交接班)和对照组(n=51,采用常规护理交接班).比较两组交接班情况、护理质量[迷你临床演练评估(mini-CEX)量表评分]及护理满意度.结果:观察组护理人员交接时间短于对照组,交接班质量中信息传递、互动支持、效率评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理人员mini-CEX量表总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者护理满意率(45/49,91.84%)显著高于对照组(39/51,76.47%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:核对表单在急诊科护理中的应用效果优于传统交接班方式,可显著缩短交接班时间,提升交接班质量、护理质量以及护理满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值.Objective:To explore effect of application of check list in nursing of emergency department on shifting of duty and nursing quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to emergency department of our hospital from October 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to modes of shifting of duty,the patients were divided into observation group(n=49,experienced check list-based nursing and shifting of duty)and control group(n=51,experienced routine nursing and shifting of duty).The situation of shifting of duty,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for shifting of duty in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the scores for information transfer,interactive support and efficiency and the total score of quality of shifting of duty in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total mini-CEX score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in observation group(45/49,91.84%)was significantly higher than that in control group(39/51,76.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of check list-based shifting of duty is better than traditional shifting of duty in nursing of emergency department.The former can significantly shorten shifing time,and improve the quality of shifting of duty,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
