重构与再造:城乡要素交换中的乡村空间转型——基于北京市密云区C村的案例研究

摘　　要：乡村空间的重构与再造是在城乡要素流动且互补协调发展下实现城乡融合的重要手段,是多元行动者对其所处生活生产环境进行多方位行动的空间实践。以北京市密云区C村为例,城乡间资本、人才、技术、土地等要素的交换,推动了地理环境开发对乡村物理空间的拓展、土地资源转型利用下的生产空间升级、多元产业模式下的经济空间再造、城市要素流入下的社会空间变迁以及特色产业开发下的文化空间再生等“五重空间”的重构与再造,展现了畅通的城乡要素交换对乡村全面振兴的综合驱动作用。在这一进程中,多元实践主体和多要素的交互作用,使乡村“五重空间”既展现出互构与共生的社会形态,又面临着要素配置与空间流动中的矛盾与调适,这种耦合与冲突推动着乡村空间螺旋式转型升级发展。The reconstruction and reproduction of rural spaces serve as vital means to achieve urbanrural integration through the mobility and complementary coordinated development of urban and rural elements.This process reflects the multi-dimensional spatial practices of diverse actors reshaping their living and production environments.Taking C Village in Miyun District,Beijing,for example,the exchange of elements such as capital,talent,technology,and land between urban and rural areas has driven the reconstruction and reproduction of"five-dimensional spaces":physical space expansion through geographical environment development,production space upgrading via land resource transformation,economic space reconfiguration under diversified industrial models,social space transformation driven by urban elements inflow,and cultural space regeneration through specialized industrial development.These transformations demonstrate the comprehensive driving role of unimpeded urban-rural elements exchange in advancing holistic rural revitalization.Throughout this process,the interplay of multiple actors and elements reveals both mutually constructive and symbiotic social structure and contradictions and adaptations in elements allocation and spatial mobility.Such coupling and conflict propel the spiral-like transformation and upgrading of rural spaces.
