摘　　要：文章通过梳理近十年来我国学术界关于临终关怀的研究发现,学者们在临终关怀的内涵阐释、临终关怀的实践、临终关怀服务的问题及对策方面进行了深入的研究,研究的成果对进一步促进我国临终关怀服务的发展提供了重要借鉴。为应对服务对象人数、需求的增加以及社会工作专业化发展的需要,仍有两个方面亟待进一步研究:一是临终关怀研究的对象范围需要扩大,二是临终关怀服务的业界规范和标准需要尽快确立。The study systematically reviews the research on hospice care in Chinese academia over the past decade,focusing on key areas such as conceptual interpretation of hospice care,practical implementation,as well as challenges and proposed solutions.The findings provide valuable references for advancing hospice care services in China.However,with the increase in the number and demand of service recipients and the need for specialized development in social work,there are two pressing issues that require further research:expanding the scope of research subjects to reflect diverse patient populations and establishing standardized industry guidelines.
