摘  要:目的探讨BOPPPS+CBL教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用效果,以找到一种更适合在肾内科临床教学实践中推广的教学方法。方法以2023年9月1日—2024年6月30日于肾内科见习的2020级和2021级临床医学专业本科生99人为研究对象,2020级学生56人为对照组,2021级43人为观察组。观察组采用以器官系统为基础、以疾病为核心的课程体系下BOPPPS+CBL教学法,对照组采用传统课堂讲授结合多媒体教学方法。比较2组的理论考核成绩、教学效果评价及学生的满意度和参与度。结果观察组理论考核总成绩为(81.5±5.0)分,对照组为(71.3±4.7)分,差异具有统计学意义。观察组教学效果评价、满意度和参与度分别为(73.4±2.7)分、(8.5±0.9)分和(9.2±0.7)分,对照组分别为(71.0±2.7)分、(7.1±1.1)分和(6.0±0.9)分,2组差异均具有统计学意义。结论以器官系统为基础,以疾病为核心的课程体系下,BOPPPS+CBL教学法在肾内科教学中较传统教学模式教学效果更优,学生的满意度和参与度更高。Objectives This study aims to investigate the effect of BOPPPS+CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of nephrology in order to find a more suitable teaching method in the clinical teaching practice of nephrology.Methods The undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of grades 2020 and 2021 who were interns in the Department of Nephrology from September 1,2023 to June 30,2024 were selected as the research subjects,with the students of grade 2020 as the control group(56 people)and the students of grade 2021 as the observation group(43 people).The observation group adopted the BOPPPS+CBL teaching method under the curriculum system based on organ systems and centered on diseases,while the control group adopted traditional classroom teaching combined with multimedia teaching methods.The theoretical examination scores,teaching effect evaluation,and students'satisfaction and participation were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of the theoretical assessment in the observation group was 81.5±5.0 points,and that in the control group was 71.3±4.7 points,and the difference was statistically significant.The teaching effect evaluation,satisfaction and participation of the observation group were 73.4±2.7 points,8.5±0.9 points and 9.2±0.7 points,respectively,and those of the control group were 71.0±2.7 points,7.1±1.1 points and 6.0±0.9 points,respectively.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusions In a curriculum system based on organ systems and centered on diseases,the BOPPPS+CBL teaching method has better teaching effects in nephrology teaching than the traditional teaching model,and has higher student satisfaction and participation.
