摘 要:从AGIL模型视角识别医学师资队伍建设在系统适应、目标达成、资源整合及系统维持方面的功能差距及实践路径,发现存在内生发展力不足、培训存在偏差、主体参与度较低、保障较为乏力及数字价值认同缺失等问题。基于AGIL模型构建与数智化发展相匹配的新型师资队伍,多维度提出数智化医学师资队伍建设体系优化思路,包括提升教师数字素养、创新培育教师能力、激活主体支持活力及重塑数字价值认同等。通过AGIL模型形成数智化医学师资队伍分析模型和行动框架,突破现有的模式,解决数智化背景下医学师资队伍建设面临的新问题,以期为推进数智化医学教育系统性变革提供参考。Digital development requires systematic changes in the construction of medical faculty.From the perspective of the AGIL model,the functional gaps and practical paths in the construction of the medical teaching staff in terms of system adaptation,goal achievement,resource integration and system maintenance were identified.Problems such as insufficient endogenous development power,training deviations,low subject participation,weak guarantees and lack of digital value recognition were found.Based on the AGIL model,a new faculty that matches the development of digitalization is constructed,and multi-dimensional optimization ideas for the construction system of digital medical faculty are proposed,including improving teachers'digital literacy,cultivating teachers'abilities through innovation,activating subject support vitality,and reshaping digital value recognition.Through the AGIL model,an analysis model and action framework for the digital medical faculty team is formed to break through the existing model and solve new problems faced by the construction of the medical faculty team under the digital background,in order to provide a reference for promoting systematic changes in digital medical education.
