摘　　要：当今全球生态问题面临着新的挑战,西藏生态问题值得反思和重视。要挖掘古代适应该区域的祖先们的生态智慧,这种生态智慧具有实践导向价值,在该区域生活的人们具有一定的文化心理结构,普及这一生态观教育,生态保护会成为大众心中符合自我心理规律与约定俗成的“自然教育”状态。文章以《米拉日巴传》中体现的首先回归自然,其次体验天人合一的思想,最后获得寂静的悟道思想来阐述本土化生态文学思想结晶,这也是西藏高原生活的祖祖辈辈与西藏特殊生态相适应的生态观,其对“生态文明建设”与“环境友好型社会建设”具有不可忽略的时代特征与现实意义,也有利于加强对话国内外生态文学的哲学基础。In today's world,global ecological issues are facing new challenges,and the ecological problems in Xizang deserve reflection and attention.It is necessary to explore the ecological wisdom of the ancestors who adapted to this region in ancient times.This ecological wisdom has practical guiding value.The people living in this region have a certain cultural and psychological structure.By popularizing the education of this ecological view,ecological protection will become a"natural education"state that conforms to people's psychological laws and common practices.This article expounds on the crystallization of indigenous ecological literary thoughts through the ideas reflected in The Life of Milarepa,which are first,returning to nature,second,experiencing the unity of man and nature,and finally,attaining the thought of silent enlightenment.This is also the ecological view of generations of people living on the Xizang Plateau adapting to the special ecology of Xizang.It has non-negligible characteristics of the times and practical significance for"the construction of ecological civilization"and"the construction of an environment-friendly society",and is also conducive to strengthening the philosophical foundation for dialogue between domestic and foreign ecological literature.
