摘 要:目的探索手术直播教学法在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用,为泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训改革提供新的解决方案。方法选择2023年1月1日-2023年10月30日在某院泌尿外科轮转的30名住院医师为实验组,随机抽取2022年1月1日-2022年10月30日的住院医师30名作为对照组。实验组采用手术直播教学演示模式,对照组采用传统教学方法,通过调查问卷和出科考核方式比较手术直播教学方法在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。结果60名住院医师参与教学活动,实验组年龄(25.43±0.81)岁,对照组平均年龄(25.10±0.66)岁,差别无统计学意义;实验组学员在学习兴趣、教学质量问卷评测方面得分为4.47±0.62,4.70±0.46,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义;对照组在学习兴趣、教学质量问卷评测方面得分为4.06±0.69,4.20±0.48,实验组出科考核成绩得分为83.27±3.97高于对照组得分79.83±4.32,P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论手术直播教学方法可显著地激发学员的学习兴趣,提高学员的技能操作水平和出科考试总分,提升教学质量。在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中手术直播教学法提高了教学效果,提升了教学质量,可尝试进行进一步推广。Objectives This study aims to explore the application of live streaming surgical teaching methods in the standardized training of urology residents and provide new solutions for the reform of standardized training for urology residents. Methods 30 residents in the urology department of a hospital from January 1, 2023, to October 30, 2023, were selected as the experimental group, and 30 randomly selected residents from January 1, 2022, to October 30, 2022, were selected as the control group. The experimental group used live streaming surgical teaching methods, while the control group used traditional teaching methods. The application effects of live surgical teaching methods in the standardized training of urology residents were compared through questionnaires and final assessments. Results A total of 60 residents participated in the teaching activities. The experimental group had an average age of 25.43±0.81 years, while the control group had an average age of 25.10±0.66 years, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups. The experimental group scored 4.47±0.62 and 4.70±0.46 in terms of learning interest and teaching quality questionnaire evaluations, respectively, while the control group scored 4.06±0.69 and 4.20±0.48, respectively. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of the experimental group in the final assessment was 83.27±3.97, which was higher than the control group's average score of 79.83±4.32, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Live streaming surgical teaching methods can significantly stimulate students' learning interest, improve their skill levels and final assessment scores, and enhance teaching quality. In the standardized training of urology residents, live streaming surgical teaching methods have improved teaching effectiveness and quality. Further promotion and application can be considered.
