胞磷胆碱钠片联合脑安滴丸在脑梗死患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨胞磷胆碱钠片联合脑安滴丸对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法 回顾性采集2021年3月至2023年1月在郑州市第二人民医院接受常规治疗联合胞磷胆碱钠片治疗的43例脑梗死患者,纳入对照组;采集同期于对照组的基础上加用脑安滴丸治疗的43例脑梗死患者,纳入观察组。两组治疗时间均为1个月。查阅患者资料,记录其治疗前后神经功能、生活能力、生活质量[分别采用神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)、脑卒中患者生活质量评分(SS-QOL)评价],同时查阅患者实验室检查资料,记录治疗前后主要实验室指标水平,包括白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),记录治疗期间药物不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组NIHSS评分降低,ADL评分和SS-QOL评分升高,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分和SS-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清指标较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);组间治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 胞磷胆碱钠片联合脑安滴丸有助于促进脑梗死患者神经系统的恢复,对患者日常生活能力及生活质量的改善效果较好,且不会增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of cyticoline sodium tablets combined with Naoan Dripping Pills on neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 43 patients with cerebral infarction who received conventional treatment and treatment with cyticoline sodium tablets at Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from March 2021 to January 2023,and were included in the control group.There were 43 patients with cerebral infarction treated with Naoan Dripping Pills in addition to the control group during the same period were collected and included in the observation group.The treatment time for both groups was one month.The neurological function,life ability and quality of life before and after treatment were recorded by National Institute of Health stroke-specific scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living score(ADL)and stroke quality of life score(SS-QOL).At the same time,the laboratory examination data of patients were reviewed,and the main laboratory indexes before and after treatment were recorded,including interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Adverse drug reactions during treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,the ADL scores and SS-QOL scores increased,and the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL scores and SS-QOL scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum indicators in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of cyticoline sodium tablets and Naoan Dripping Pills can promote the recovery of the nervous system in patients with cerebral infarction,and has a good improvement effect on their daily living ability and quality of life,withou
