摘　　要：全面识别农村公共数字文化服务可及性影响因素并分析其内在联系,对于助力数字乡村建设、提升农村公共数字文化服务效能具有重要的理论意义与实践指导价值。在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,结合数字乡村文化建设的实际需求,采用扎根理论方法提取农村公共数字文化服务可及性影响因素,并借助模糊ISM方法与MICMAC分析揭示因素之间层次结构及关联路径。从改善农村数字文化服务环境、提升农村居民数字素养、丰富农村数字文化资源供给、提高农村公共数字文化服务质量等方面提出了优化策略。Comprehensively identifying the factors affecting the accessibility of rural public digital cultural services and analyzing their internal relations are of important theoretical significance and practical guiding value for improving the construction of digital countryside and the efficiency of these services.Based on a systematic review of relevant literature and the actual needs of the construction of digital rural culture, this paper adopts the grounded theory method to identify the factors influencing the accessibility of rural public digital cultural services, and uses ISM-MICMAC to reveal the hierarchical structure and correlative paths among these factors.The optimization strategy is put forward from the aspects of improving the digital cultural service environment in rural areas, cultivating the digital literacy of rural residents, enriching the supply of rural digital cultural service resources, and enhancing the quality of rural public digital cultural services.
