摘　　要：目的 对北京市某三级综合公立医院部分外科科室的运行绩效进行分析评价。方法 收取北京市某三级综合公立医院部分外科科室2019年和2023年的投入产出数据,应用DEA方法评价科室绩效,通过Malmquist指数模型纵向对比分析2019年和2023年各科室运行效率的变化,探索科室未来发展的改进方向。结果 Malmquist指数模型的分析结果显示与2019年相比,2023年医院8个外科科室中有5个科室的全要素生产率增加了,6个科室的技术进步值大于1。DEA投影分析结果显示2023年门急诊人次的生产前沿面距离与均值的比值为30.58%,明显超过其他指标。结论 利用Malmquist-DEA模型评价医院科室绩效,能精准提出改进意见,助力科室管理和绩效提升,建议领导层今后更加注重门急诊人次和科室管理水平的提升。Objectives To analyze and evaluate the operational performance of some surgical departments in a tertiary comprehensive public hospital in Beijing.Methods To collect input-output data of surgical departments in 2019 and 2023,apply DEA method to evaluate the performance of some surgical departments in a tertiary comprehensive public hospital in Beijing,and use Malmquist index model to longitudinally compare and analyze the changes in operational efficiency of each department in 2019 and 2023,exploring the improvement direction of the department's future development.Results The analysis results of the Malmquist index model showed that compared with 2019,in 2023,the total factor productivity of 5 out of 8 surgical departments in the hospital increased,and 6 departments made progress in technological innovation.The DEA projection analysis results showed that the average number of outpatient visits in 2023 was significantly farther from the production front than other indicators,and there still had very large development space.Conclusions Using the Malmquist DEA model to evaluate the performance of hospital departments could provide accurate improvement suggestions and help improve department management and performance.It was recommended that the leadership pay more attention to improving the number of outpatient visits and departmental management level in the future.
