联合出诊模式下医师对肩袖损伤护理门诊工作评价的质性研究

摘　　要：通过分析医师对护理门诊工作的评价,以期达到优化医护合作模式,提高医疗服务质量,为开展专科护理门诊、促进护理专科门诊的发展提供依据。方法 采用质性研究方法,于2023年7月1日-2023年8月30日对在某院骨科肩袖损伤门诊的8名医师进行半结构化访谈,并对访谈资料进行Colaizzi现象学分析。结果 医师对肩袖损伤护理门诊工作评价提炼出5个主题:满足患者需求、提高就医体验、促进医护合作、提升工作效率、发展与展望。结论 医师对肩袖损伤护理门诊工作给予了较好的评价,应进一步完善相关配套政策、建立相关的培训体系、促进医护联合协作模式的不断深化发展、促进我国护理专科门诊的发展。Objectives By analyzing doctors'evaluation of nursing outpatient work,we hope to optimize the mode of medical cooperation,improve the quality of medical service,and provide basis for developing specialized nursing outpatient work and promoting the development of specialized nursing outpatient work.Methods A qualitative study method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 8 doctors in the rotator cuff injury clinic of orthopedics department of a hospital from July 1st,2023 to August 30th,2023,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenology.Results The doctors summarized 5 themes in the evaluation of rotator cuff injury nursing outpatient work:meeting patients'needs,improving medical experience,promoting medical cooperation,improving work efficiency,development and prospect.Conclusions Doctors gave a good evaluation on the outpatient work of rotator cuff injury nursing.It was necessary to further improve the related supporting policies,establish the relevant training system,promote the continuous deepening of the medical cooperation model,and promote the development of nursing specialist outpatient.
