新文科背景下数字法学人才培养面临的挑战及其因应

摘　　要：新文科背景下建设好“新法学”,必须紧跟数字时代步伐,强化法学与数据科学的交叉融合。加强数字法学人才培养,是实现“数字法治”这一国家重大战略目标、推动数字时代法学教育创新发展、顺应数字化社会法律职业变革新形势的必然要求。目前我国的数字法学人才培养,尤其是本科层次人才培养面临多重挑战,主要包括数字法学专业课程建设相对滞后、法学师资队伍难以满足开展数字法学教学的需要、数字法学专业实践教学未得到有效开展等。为因应以上挑战,当下亟需改革传统法学人才培养模式,将数字法学课程纳入法学专业本科核心课程体系之中,加快数字法学教材和案例库建设,同时创新法学实践教学模式,培育适应数字法学教育需要的师资队伍。To build“new legal sciences”under the background of new liberal arts, it is necessary to keep up with the pace of the digital age and strengthen the cross integration of legal sciences and data science. Strengthening the cultivation of digital legal talent is necessary to achieve the national major strategic goal of“digital rule of law”, promote innovative development of legal education in the digital age, and adapt to the new situation of legal profession transformation in the digital society. At present, the cultivation of digital law talent in China, especially at the undergraduate level, faces multiple challenges, mainly including the relatively lagging construction of digital legal sciences professional curriculum, the difficulty of the legal faculty to meet the needs of digital legal sciences teaching, and the ineffective implementation of practical teaching in digital legal sciences major. To address the above challenges, it is urgent to reform the traditional legal talent training model, incorporate digital legal sciences courses into the core curriculum system of undergraduate law majors, accelerate the construction of digital legal sciences textbooks and case libraries, innovate legal practice teaching modes, and cultivate the teaching staff that meets the needs of digital legal sciences education.
