新质生产力背景下高校应用型拔尖创新人才培养:时代意蕴、核心特质与培养路径

摘　　要：新质生产力的崛起推动创新驱动发展成为国家战略的核心,培养应用型拔尖创新人才已成为高等教育的重要任务。从国家战略、教育发展与人才培养的视角出发,探讨高校在培养应用型拔尖创新人才中的时代意蕴,阐述拔尖创新人才具有社会责任感、综合创新能力、问题解决能力及国际视野四大核心特质。基于此,高校应从深化“三维六元”创新人才培养模式;优化“思政引领、交叉融合、实践赋能”课程体系;分阶段实施并加强衔接,完善各阶段的人才培养机制;加强师资队伍建设,搭建产学研合作平台;结合显性与隐性评价,从多维度评价体系等方面着手,持续提升应用型拔尖创新人才培养质量,加快推动新质生产力的发展。The rise of new quality productivity has propelled innovation-driven development to become the core of national strategies, making the cultivation of applied and top-notch innovative talent a crucial task in higher education. From the perspectives of national strategies, educational development, and talent cultivation, this paper explores the era implications of universities in nurturing applied and top-notch innovative talents, elucidating the four core characteristics of these talents: social responsibility, comprehensive innovation ability, problem-solving skills, and an international perspective. Based on this, colleges and universities should proceed by deepening the“three-dimensional and six-element”mode for cultivating innovative talent;optimizing the curriculum system featuring“ideological and political guidance, interdisciplinary integration, and practice empowerment”;implementing phased measures with enhanced connections to improve talent cultivation mechanisms at all stages;strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and establishing industry-academia-research cooperation platforms;and adopting a multidimensional evaluation system that integrates explicit and implicit assessments, continuously enhancing the quality of cultivating applied and top-notch innovative talent and accelerate the development of new quality productivity.
