摘　　要：目的 分析广西某三甲肺结核定点收治医院DRG付费改革实施前后肺结核住院患者情况,为广西肺结核防治提供参考。方法 采用描述性统计分析法,筛选广西某三甲肺结核定点收治医院2018-2023年住院患者数据,从肺结核住院患者数量变化趋势、患者年龄、分布地区、平均住院日、平均住院费用分析DRG付费管理对肺结核收治的影响。结果 DRG改革前肺结核患者平均住院日15.48 d,年均增长率0.42%;平均住院费用17 830.42元,年均增长率3.39%;其中肺结核外科治疗组平均住院费用23 163.28元,年均增长率7.59%,肺结核内科治疗组平均住院费用12 497.57,年均增长率为1.25%。改革后肺结核患者平均住院日13.38 d,年均增长率-1.98%;平均住院费用12 379.59元,年均增长率-13.52%;肺结核外科治疗组平均住院费用13 358.09元,年均增长率-20.32%;肺结核内科治疗组平均住院费用11 401.08元,年均增长率-6.25%。结论 DRG付费改革后平均住院日下降,医疗服务效率提升,平均住院费用下降,控费效果显著。DRG付费改革对收治患者的年龄分布和来源地无明显影响。Objective To analyze the situation of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis before and after the implementation of DRG payment reform in a tertiary tuberculosis designated hospital in Guangxi,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangxi.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was used to screen the data of hospitalized patients from 2018 to 2023 in a designated hospital for pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangxi.The influence of DRG payment management on the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis was analyzed from the trend of the number of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,the age of patients,the distribution area,the average hospitalization days and the average hospitalization expenses.Results Before the DRG reform,the average hospitalization days of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 15.48 days,with an average annual growth rate of 0.42%;the average hospitalization expenses were 17 830.42 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 3.39%;among them,the average hospitalization cost of the surgical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 23163.28 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 7.59%;the average hospitalization cost of the medical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 12 497.57,with an average annual growth rate of 1.25%.After the reform,the average hospitalization days of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 13.38 days,with an average annual growth rate of-1.98%;the average hospitalization cost was 12 379.59 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of-13.52%;the average hospitalization cost of the surgical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was 13 358.09 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of-20.32%;the average hospitalization cost of the pulmonary tuberculosis medical treatment group was 11 401.08 yuan,with an average annual growth rate of 6.25%.Conclusion After the DRG payment reform,the average hospitalization days has decreased,the efficiency of medical services has improved,the average hospitalization
