摘　　要：目的探讨雷火灸治疗神经发育障碍儿童合并反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月赣州妇幼保健院收治的600例神经发育障碍合并RRTI患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(300例)与观察组(300例)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组方法基础上加用雷火灸治疗,两组均连续治疗3周。比较两组的临床疗效、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、气虚体质评分、生长发育情况,以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率和CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平均高于对照组,CD8+水平与气虚体质评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月后,观察组的Gesell发育诊断量表(GDDS)和粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未见皮肤灼伤、过敏反应等不良反应。结论雷火灸治疗神经发育障碍合并RRTI的效果较佳,可增强患儿免疫功能,纠正其气虚体质,改善其生长发育情况,临床应用安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on children with neurodevelopmental disorders complicated with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).Methods A total of 600 children with neurodevelopmental disorders complicated with RRTI admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(300 cases)and observation group(300 cases).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cellular immune function,humoral immune function,qi deficiency constitution score,growth and development,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and immunoglobulin(Ig)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and CD8+level and qi deficiency constitution scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the scores of Gesell development diagnosis scale(GDDS)and gross motor function measure(GMFM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as skin burns and allergic reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders combined with RRTI,which can enhance the immune function of children,correct their qi deficiency constitution,and improve their growth and development.The clinical application is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion and application.
