摘  要:在上前牙美学区,牙连续缺失后,通常垂直骨量充足而唇舌水平量骨量不足,骨功轮廓塌陷。本文介绍1例前牙美学区连续缺失伴水平骨量不足的患者,应用“T”型骨劈开、骨扩张联合引导性骨再生技术同期种植的病例。该病例秉持以终为始的修复设计理念,术前分析设计,并制作数字化先锋钻导板,应用超声骨刀行“T”型骨劈开术,联合引导性骨组织再生术行骨增量,同期植入种植体。最终有效地增加了水平骨量,获得了理想的红白美学效果。结合文献分析掌握好该技术的适应证,合理利用数字化技术,注意操作细节,相对于其他种植方案有一定的优势。In the esthetic area of the upper anterior teeth,after the continuous loss of teeth,the vertical bone mass is usually sufficient,while the horizontal bone mass of the lip and tongue is insufficient,and the bone function contour collapses.This article introduces a patient with continuous loss of anterior esthetic area and horizontal bone insufficiency,and the case of simultaneous implantation with"T"bone splitting,bone expansion combined with guided bone regeneration technology.In this case,adhering to the concept of restorative design with the end in mind,preoperative analysis and design,digital pioneer drill guide was made,"T"bone cleavage was performed with ultrasonic bone knife,bone augmentation was performed in combination with guided bone tissue regeneration,and implants were implanted at the same time.Finally,the horizontal bone mass was effectively increased,the ideal red and white aesthetic effect was obtained,and the indications were mastered in combination with literature analysis,and the digital technology was reasonably used,and the operation details were paid attention to,which had certain advantages compared with other implant programs.
