揿针联合五行音乐疗法对乳腺癌患者化疗后恶心呕吐的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨揿针联合五行音乐疗法在乳腺癌患者化疗后恶心呕吐护理中的疗效。方法选取2023年9月至2024年5月江西省妇幼保健院收治的80例乳腺癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照简单化随机分组(单双号法)分为常规组(40例)与联合组(40例),常规组采用常规护理联合五行音乐疗法干预,联合组在常规组基础上采用揿针方法干预。比较两组干预7d后的恶心呕吐发生程度及发生率、恶心呕吐生活质量量表(FLIE)评分及患者满意度。结果干预7d后,联合组恶心、呕吐发生情况优于常规组,且恶心、呕吐≥Ⅱ级总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组FLIE评分低于常规组,联合组的患者满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合五行音乐疗法护理干预乳腺癌化疗患者,能够显著改善患者的恶心呕吐发生程度,提高患者生活质量,患者满意度较高,值得推荐。Objective To explore the efficacy of press-needle combined with five-element music therapy in the nursing of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the conventional group(40 cases)and the combined group(40 cases)according to the simplistic randomized grouping(single-double-numbering method).The conventional group was intervened by the conventional nursing care combined with the five-element music therapy,and the combined group was intervened by the press-needle method on the basis of the conventional group.The occurrence degree and incidence rate of nausea and vomiting,functional living index-emesis(FLIE)scores and patient satisfaction were compared between groups after 7 days of intervention.Results After 7 days of intervention,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the combined group was better than that in the conventional group,and the total incidence of nausea and vomiting≥Ⅱwas lower than that in the conven-tional group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The FLIE scores of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the patient satisfaction of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Press-needle combined with five-element music therapy nursing interven-tion for breast cancer chemotherapy patients can significantly improve the occurrence degree of nausea and vomiting and enhance the quality of life of patients,and it has high patient satisfaction.
