摘　　要：文章对福岛核事故档案平台的信息服务和信息资源建设状况进行调研。信息服务方面包括平台页面细节设计、信息检索方式、文献资料查询、数据来源、平台内容载体形式等;信息资源方面包括平台的知识分类形式、主题内容等。经调研发现,平台存在信息质量参差不齐、搜索效率较低和用户体验需要改进等问题,并由此提出了相应的建议。In this paper,the information service and information resource construction of the Fukushima nuclear accident archives platform are investigated.The information service includes platform page detail design,information retrieval method,literature query,data source,platform content carrier form,etc.The information resources include the knowledge classification form,theme content of the platform and so on.After investigation,it is found that the platform has problems such as uneven information quality,low search efficiency and need-to-be-improved user experience.Then corresponding suggestions are put forward.
