摘 要:噪声性听力损失(NIHL)目前已成为除尘肺病之外的第二大职业病,受到了越来越多学者的关注。目前临床上对NIHL缺少有效的治疗方法,早期预防和及时干预至关重要。本文从控制噪声源、干预噪声传播途径和防护噪声接收者三方面对职业NIHL防治的现状进行综述,以期提高从业者NIHL防治意识,协助相关部门制定NIHL规范化防治方案,保障噪声接触从业者的健康权益。Noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL)has become the second largest occupational disease after pneumoconiosis and has attracted more and more attention from scholars.At present,there is a lack of effective treatment for NIHL in clinical practice,and early prevention and timely intervention are crucial.This article reviews the current status of prevention and treatment of occupational NIHL from three aspects:controlling noise sources,intervening in noise transmission pathways,and protecting noise receivers,it aims to improve the awareness of NIHL prevention and treatment among practitioners,assist relevant departments in formulating standardized prevention and treatment plans for NIHL,and protect the health rights and interests of noise-exposed practitioners.
