摘 要:快速现场评估是一项新型诊断技术,其在支气管镜室、手术室进行穿刺、活检取材,病理学医师快速现场制片及染色,在显微镜下观察寻找异形细胞,对患者进行初步诊断,具有提高病理样本合格率、减少多次穿刺取材等优势,但其对病理学医师经验及理论知识的依赖性较高。人工智能的发展使临床工作更具高效性及便利性,可辅助手术医师鉴别病灶的良恶性,提高诊断准确性,减少人为因素所致的诊断偏倚。近年来肺癌的发病率、病死率呈上升趋势,本文就人工智能联合快速现场评估在肺癌细胞检测中的应用进展进行综述。Rapid on-site evaluation is a new diagnostic technique,it is performed by puncture and biopsy sampling in the bronchoscope room and operating room,followed by rapid on-site histopathological slide preparation and staining by the pathological physician,and observed under the microscope to search for abnormal cells to make a preliminary diagnosis of the patient,it has the advantages of improving the quality of pathological samples and reducing the need for multiple biopsy sampling,but it is highly dependent on the experience and theoretical knowledge of pathologists.The development of artificial intelligence has made clinical work more efficient and convenient,and can assist surgeons in judging the malignancy or benignity of the lesion and improving the accuracy of diagnosis,reducing the diagnostic bias caused by human factors.In recent years,the incidence and mortality of lung cancer have been on the rise,this article reviews the progress of artificial intelligence-assisted detection of lung cancer cells based on rapid on-site evaluation.
