摘 要:目的观察以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)情景教学联合实践劳动教育在老年医学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年1月贵州医科大学2021级健康服务与管理专业80名学生,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各40名,分别接受传统教学法和CBL情景教学联合实践劳动教育教学法带教。学期结束对两组学生理论成绩、临床实践技能考核成绩及满意度进行比较。结果试验组理论成绩、临床实践技能成绩、满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL情景教学联合实践劳动教育在老年医学课程教学中应用效果良好,可提高教学效果和学生满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)scenario teaching combined with practical labor education in geriatric medicine teaching.Methods A total of 80 students majoring in health service and management of grade 2021 in Guizhou Medical University from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number method,they were taught by traditional teaching method and CBL situational teaching method combined with practical labor education method respectively.At the end of the semester,the theory,clinical practice skills and satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The theoretical scores,clinical practice skills scores and satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions CBL scenario teaching combined with practical labor education teaching method has a good effect in geriatric medicine teaching,it can improve the teaching effect and students'satisfaction.
