乳腺癌患者性功能状态与焦虑抑郁情绪的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌患者性功能状态与焦虑抑郁情绪的相关性。方法选取2023年8月—2024年3月中山大学附属第五医院甲乳外科收治的127例女性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用女性性功能指数评分量表评估患者的性功能状况,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估患者的焦虑情绪,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的抑郁情绪。分析乳腺癌患者性功能指数评分及各维度评分与SAS、SDS评分的相关性。结果127例乳腺癌患者的性功能指数评分为6.4(4.8,19.9)分,量化后性欲、性唤起、阴道润滑、性高潮、性满意度、性交痛评分分别为2.4(1.8,3.0)、0.6(0,2.7)、0(0,3.6)、0(0,3.2)、2.4(0,2.8)、3.2(0,4.0)分;SAS、SDS评分分别为(37.795±7.247)、(38.756±6.369)分。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,性功能指数评分及量化后性欲、性唤起、阴道润滑、性高潮、性满意度、性交痛评分与SAS、SDS评分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者的性功能状态与焦虑抑郁情绪呈负相关,应高度重视乳腺癌患者的性功能及焦虑、抑郁等情绪状态,必要时采取相应措施进行干预。Objective To explore the correlation between sexual function and anxiety-depression in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 127 female breast cancer patients admitted to the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery at The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from August 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The Female Sexual Function Index was used to assess sexual function,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to evaluate anxiety,and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to assess depression.The correlation between Female Sexual Function Index scores(including its subdomains)and SAS/SDS scores was analyzed.Results The Female Sexual Function Index score of the 127 breast cancer patients was 6.4(4.8,19.9)points,the quantified scores for sexual desire,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication,orgasm,sexual satisfaction and dyspareunia were 2.4(1.8,3.0),0.6(0,2.7),0(0,3.6),0(0,3.2),2.4(0,2.8)and 3.2(0,4.0)points;the SAS and SDS scores were(37.795±7.247)and(38.756±6.369)points.Spearman correlation analysis showed that Female Sexual Function Index scores and the quantified scores for sexual desire,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication,orgasm,sexual satisfaction,dyspareunia were negatively correlated with SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusions The sexual function of breast cancer patients is negatively correlated with anxiety and depression.It is essential to pay close attention to the sexual function and anxiety,depression and other emotional states of breast cancer patients and implement appropriate interventions when necessary.
