摘　　要：随着医疗大数据时代的到来,培养具备医疗大数据分析与挖掘能力的专业人才成为当务之急。本文阐述了医疗大数据分析与挖掘实践教学基地的建设背景、目标,介绍了基地的教学资源建设、教学方法创新、教学体系构建以及师资队伍培养等方面的实践经验,并对基地建设成效进行了评估与分析,对未来发展进行了展望,旨在为相关领域的实践教学提供有益的参考和借鉴。With the advent of the era of medical big data,cultivating professional talent with the ability of medical big data analysis and mining has become an urgent task.This paper expounds the construction background and goals of the practical teaching base for medical big data analysis and mining,introduces in detail the practical experience in the construction of teaching resources,innovation of teaching methods,construction of practical teaching system and training of teaching staff of the base,and evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of the base construction.Finally,it looks forward to the future development,aiming to provide useful reference for practical teaching in related fields.
