摘  要:随着我国经济社会和高等教育改革的蓬勃发展,高校教师队伍的发展问题日益受到党和国家的重视,教师队伍整体素质的提高问题日益凸显,这不仅关系到高等教育的质量和水平,也影响到教育、科技、人才战略的根本要求。高校青年女教师作为高校教师的重要群体,在教书育人、科学研究、人才培养、社会服务等方面发挥了非常重要的作用,做出了卓越贡献。然而,她们也面临各种各样的压力,这些压力造成了青年女教师职业发展和个人生活的困境。因此,如何更好帮助青年女教师走出困境、释放压力、不断成长,成为了高校教师职业发展研究探讨的重要课题。With the vigorous development of China's economic,social,and higher education reforms,the issue of college teacher development has increasingly gained the attention of the government and society.Improving the overall quality of the teacher workforce is crucial not only for the quality and level of higher education but also impacts the fundamental requirements of the educational and scientific talent strategy.Young female college teachers,as an important group within the college faculty,play a vital role in teaching,scientific research,and talent training,making significant contributions.However,at the same time,they face various pressures that create dilemmas in both their professional development and personal lives.Therefore,how to better assist young female teachers in overcoming these difficulties,relieving pressure,and continuing to grow has become an important topic of discussion for college labor unions.
