摘　　要：为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》精神,加强学校课堂教学常规质量监控,提高教师教学素养,培养学科教学能手,推动跨校联合教研,推进新课程改革,提升教育教学质量,普安县教育局在多次调研全县各校教育信息化基础设施和应用水平的基础上,提出“远程直播课堂教学督导”这种教研形式,随后设计活动方案,下发相关文件,组织开展实施。目前教研活动开展了4个学期,随着管理机制的不断更新和完善,教师的教研热情不断高涨,全县中小学教学质量明显提升。In order to implement the spirit of“Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teacher Team Construction in the New Era”,strengthen the monitoring of routine classroom teaching,improve teachers'teaching quality,cultivate subject teaching experts,promote cross-school joint teaching and research,promote the new curriculum reform,and improve the quality of education and teaching.To this end,Pu'an County Education Bureau in the county school educational information infrastructure and application level of the“remote live classroom teaching supervision”put forward the teaching and research form,and then wrote the activity plan,issued relevant documents,organized and carried out this activity.At present,this activity has been carried out for four semesters,its activity management is constantly improved,the management mechanism is constantly updated,the teaching and research enthusiasm is constantly rising,and the teaching quality of primary and secondary schools in the county has been significantly improved.
