新文科背景下地方高校以翻译能力培养为导向的教学措施初探

摘　　要：新文科建设是一个注重跨学科跨领域交融发展和充分运用信息技术特点的创新过程。本文归纳了地方高校在翻译教学中存在的主要问题,分析了以翻译能力培养为导向的必要性,结合教学大纲的制定,对地方应用型高校以翻译能力培养为导向的教学措施进行了探讨。地方高校应从响应国家发展战略、构建翻译真实生态、更新人才培养理念等维度出发,以跨学科跨领域和现代信息技术的运用为着力点,努力构建以翻译能力为导向的应用型复合型翻译人才培养模式。The construction of new liberal arts is an innovative process that emphasizes interdisciplinary inte gration and full utilization of information technology.The paper firstly summarizes the main problems in translation teaching in local universities,secondly analyzes the necessity of focusing on the cultivation of translation competence,and thirdly,combined with the formulation of teaching curriculum,explores the teaching measures of the cultivation of translation competence.It is argued that local colleges and universities,starting from the dimensions of serving the national development strategies,building an authentic translation ecosystem,and updating the concepts of talent cultivation,should focus on the interdisciplinary integration of modern information technology and strive to construct an application-oriented talent cultivation model guided by translation competence.
