摘　　要：数字化转型背景下,解决数字化高技能人才数量短缺和结构性失衡,是全世界面临的亟待解决的问题。在我国,随着工业和互联网加速发展,迫切需要培养高技能的数字工匠,而现存的数字人才培养体系或多或少地存在制约性问题。因此,课题组以计算机应用技术专业人才培养为依托,积极探索和实践数字化高技能人才培养模式,构建“数字化专业能力+数字化复合能力+数字化实践能力”的培养体系。数字工匠培养实践和经验对于推动相关专业建设、可持续发展和创新具有重要的理论和实践意义。In the digital transformation period for the whole world,solving the shortage and structural imbalance of digital high-skilled personnel is urgent.In China,with the accelerated development of the industrial Internet,there is an fast-growing need to cultivate high-skilled"computer science craftsmen",but there are some restrictive problems in the existing computer science training system.Therefore,the research team actively explores the mode of cultivating digital high-skilled personnel based on the cultivation of computer application technology professionals,and builds a training system of"digital professional ability+digital compound ability+digital practical ability".The detailed description of the practical methods and experiences in the article has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the construction,sustainable development and innovation of related majors.
