摘　　要：该文聚焦于高校图书馆自习室科学管理方案探讨,以提升大学生自主学习体验为目标,以Z学院图书馆为例,引入管理学“破窗理论”,强调在不良事件初始阶段主动引导与干预,可防止问题恶化。该文研究内容涵盖自习室管理小组建立、重视读者个性化需求,以及规章制度制定与执行等方面,旨在解决诸如变相占座、课桌涂鸦、私拉插排等自习室不文明现象。该文采用实例分析与理论结合的研究方法,通过实际观察,验证“破窗理论”在自习室管理中的有效性。结果显示,实施的管理措施显著改善了自习室学习环境,为读者营造了舒适、和谐的学习空间。研究表明,引入“破窗理论”对高校图书馆自习室科学管理具有重要指导意义,值得其他高校借鉴推广。This article focuses on discussing scientific management schemes for self-study room in university libraries,aiming to enhance college students'autonomous learning experience.Taking the library of Z University as a case study,the research introduces the management theory of"Broken Window Theory"as a guiding principle.This theory emphasizes proactive guidance and intervention at the initial stage of adverse events to prevent the deterioration of issues.The research content encompasses the establishment of self-study room management teams,attention to readers'personalized needs,and the formulation and enforcement of rules and regulations.It aims to address uncivilized phenomena in study rooms such as disguised seat reservation,graffiti on desks,and unauthorized use of extension cords.Adopting a research methodology that combines case analysis with theory,and through actual observations,the study verifies the effectiveness of the"Broken Window Theory"in study room management.The results indicate that the implemented management measures significantly improved the learning environment of the study rooms,creating a comfortable and harmonious study space for readers.The research shows that introducing the"Broken Window Theory"has important guiding significance for the scientific management of study rooms in university libraries and is worth being borrowed and promoted by other universities.
