视觉传播理论下医院档案资源开发与利用的策略研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展、智慧医疗体系的建设、人工智能的深入应用,医院档案资源的可视化传播受到越来越多的关注。该文通过对视觉传播理论和医院档案资源的适配性分析,针对现阶段医院档案资源开发的现实问题,从多模态档案资源数据库、技术支撑与人才培养、分类进行视觉化转化、临床决策可视化支持、医学影像三维重构、患者健康画像构建等9个方面提出基于视觉传播理论的医院档案资源开发策略。旨在为智慧医疗背景下医院档案资源的有效开发提供理论支持和实践指导,以提升医院档案资源的利用价值和传播效果。With the rapid advancement of information technology,the development of intelligent medical systems,and the extensive application of artificial intelligence,the visual communication of hospital archive resources is gaining increasing attention.By examining the adaptability of visual communication theory in relation to hospital archive resources,this paper proposes a development strategy for these resources grounded in visual communication theory across nine key areas:the establishment of a multimodal archive resources database,the provision of technical support and talent training,the implementation of classification for visualization transformation,the enhancement of clinical decision-making through visualization support,the three-dimensional reconstruction of medical images,and the creation of health portraits for patients.This strategy addresses the current challenges faced in the development of hospital archive resources.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the effective development of hospital archival resources in the context of smart healthcare to enhance the utilization value and dissemination effect of hospital archival resources.
