摘　　要：高校文化的育人功能是展示国家文化软实力的有力表现,文化软实力维护着国家文化安全,影响着高校文化的形成。理解和认识高校文化,要发挥思想引领的作用和特色,坚持协同育人的实效性和针对性,深入探究高校文化育人功能、路径和实践,在高校文化“四模块”建设中强调文化育人的开放与包容、文化育人的传承与创新、文化育人的引导与把控。高校文化育人要紧密配合高校精神文化、物质文化、制度文化和网络文化建设,根据自身发展的特点,分析欠缺和差距,梳理育人路径,从高校文化建设的内容、载体和系统三个方面提出对策建议,促进家庭、高校、社会在思想政治教育中的相互协作和配合,实现目标协同、主体协同的育人目的。The educational function of university culture is a powerful manifestation of the country's cultural soft power,maintaining national cultural security and influencing the formation of university culture.To understand and recognize university culture,we need to play the role and characteristics of ideological guidance,adhere to the effectiveness and pertinence of collaborative education,deeply explore the functions,paths,and practices of university cultural education,and emphasize the openness and inclusiveness of cultural education,the inheritance and innovation of cultural education,and the guidance and control of cultural education in the construction of the"four modules"of university culture.University cultural education should closely cooperate with the construction of spiritual culture,material culture,institutional culture,and network culture in universities.Based on the characteristics of its own development,it is necessary to analyze the shortcomings and gaps,sort out the path of education,and propose countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:the content,carrier,and system of university cultural construction.This will promote mutual cooperation and collaboration among families,universities,and society in ideological and political education,and achieve the goal of goal coordination and subject coordination in education.
