摘　　要：分析医学科技期刊稿件送专家外审面临的问题与对策,可为提高期刊学术质量提供依据。该研究通过查阅文献及总结多年工作经验发现,医学科技期刊稿件送专家外审面临的问题包括专家资源有限、审稿质量参差不齐、审稿周期过长;问题存在的原因包括专家选择机制问题、审稿标准不统一、沟通机制不畅等;解决以上问题的对策包括优化专家资源配置、完善审稿标准体系、建立激励机制、加强沟通与协作、引入信息化手段。通过这些对策的实施,医学科技期刊可以有效提升送专家外审的质量和效率,为医学研究者提供更高质量的学术交流平台,进而推动医学科学的发展和临床实践的进步。Analyzing the problems and countermeasures faced by medical science and technology journals in sending manuscripts for external review by experts can provide a basis for improving the academic quality of the journals.Through literature review and years of working experience,this study found that the problems faced by medical science and technology journals in sending manuscripts for external review by experts include limited expert resources,uneven review quality,and long review cycles.The reasons for these problems include issues with the expert selection mechanism,inconsistent review standards,and poor communication mechanisms.The countermeasures to solve these problems include optimizing the allocation of expert resources,improving the review standard system,establishing an incentive mechanism,strengthening communication and collaboration,and introducing information technology.Through the implementation of these countermeasures,medical science and technology journals can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of external review by experts,provide a higher-quality academic exchange platform for medical researchers,and thereby promote the development of medical science and the progress of clinical practice.
