山苍子精油微乳液的制备及其性质表征

摘  要:对系列山苍子精油(LCO)进行复配并估测其亲水亲油平衡值(HLB),采用相转变温度法确定微乳液的制备温度,然后通过拟三元相图法确定每类精油微乳液的表面活性剂/油/水比例范围,最后对得到的微乳液的物理化学性质与流变特性进行表征。研究结果表明:山苍子系列精油On、Onl、O75、O85、O37、O1#、O2#和1种龙脑精油Ol的HLB范围在11~16之间;吐温20和大豆卵磷脂是合适的表面活性剂,搅拌各组分20 min, 80℃加热5 min,冰水浴冷却即可将7种系列山苍子精油制成稳定的微乳液;大豆卵磷脂添加量对油相包埋量和乳液稳定性影响显著,添加3%大豆卵磷脂可形成均匀稳定单相微乳液,过量则分层,且所得单相乳液在偏振光下具各向同性;通过添加4%吐温80可使系列山苍子精油On、Onl、O75、O85微乳液的含油量增加,上限从5%增至10%且提高了其稳定性;O37、O1#、O2#精油微乳液的含油量上限为20%。7种系列山苍子精油微乳液乳滴粒径小(<22 nm),分散度低(PDI<0.3),可完全包埋油相,乳液澄清透明,有各项同性,黏度较低且为牛顿流体,符合微乳液的性状特征。A series of Litsea cubeba essential oils(LCO)were compounded and their hydrophile-lipophile balance value(HLB).The phase transition temperatures required for preparing microemulsions were determined using the phase transition temperature method.Then,the pseudo-ternary phase diagram method was employed to establish the range of surfactant/oil/water ratios for each type of essential oil microemulsion.Finally,the physical and chemical properties as well as the rheological characteristics of the obtained microemulsions were characterized.The results showed that the HLB values of the LCO On,Onl,O75,O85,O37,O1#,O2#,and one type of borneol essential oil Ol ranged from 11 to 16.Tween 20 and soybean lecithin were suitable surfactants.Each component was stirred for 20 min,heated at 80℃for 5 min,and cooled in an ice water bath to prepare a stable microemulsion of seven kinds of LCO.The addition amount of soybean lecithin had a significant impact on the oil phase embedding amount and emulsion stability.Adding 3%soybean lecithin could form a uniform and stable single-phase microemulsion.If it was excessive,it would be stratified,and the resulting single-phase emulsion was isotropic under polarized light.By adding 4%Tween 80,the upper limit of oil content of the microemulsion of the essential oils On,Onl,O75,and O85 could be increased from 5%to 10%and their stability could be improved.The upper limit of oil content of the O37,O1#,O2#essential oil microemulsion was 20%.The droplet size of the seven types of LCO microemulsions was small(<22 nm),with low dispersity(PDI<0.3).The microemulsions were transparent and homogeneous,exhibiting low viscosity and Newtonian fluid behavior,consistent with the characteritics of microemulsions.
