摘　　要：社会工作的数字化发展促使社工提供精准化服务,赋能社区治理。数字社会工作作为社会工作数字化发展的高级阶段,建基于“生活性”,具有生活导向。在“生活性”框架下,时下社会工作的数字化发展在客观和主观层面都面临困境:客观层面表现为生活空间的抽离、时间的边界模糊和历史生成性缺失;主观层面表现为生活常规被忽视和生活情感的缺失。为此,数字社会工作应在生活情境搭建、智治空间整合、数字时间体验、社区数字化治理等方面夯实客观性生活基础,整合线上的“虚拟性、变动性、精英性”与线下的“现实性、稳定性、大众性”;在数字化常规化行为、情感表达的完整性等方面夯实主体性基础,实现线上“特殊性、客体性”与线下“常规性、情感性”相统一。双重统一能够促使社会工作在更好适应数字化时代之变的同时,坚持生活中的不变,帮助服务对象在数字化环境下过上更有意义的生活,推动社区智治体系创新。The digital development of social work promotes social workers to provide precise services and empower community governance.Digital social work,as an advanced stage of digital development in social work,is based on“life orientation”and has a life oriented approach.Under the framework of“life orientation”,the digital development of social work currently faces challenges on both objective and subjective levels.The objective level is manifested by the detachment of living space,the blurring of time boundaries,and the lack of historical generativity.On the subjective level,it manifests as the neglect of daily routines and the lack of emotional attachment to life.To this end,digital social work should consolidate the objective foundation of life in terms of setting up living situations,integrating intelligent governance spaces,experiencing digital time,and digitizing community governance.It should integrate the“virtuality,variability,and elitism”online with the“reality,stability,and populism”offline.It should consolidate the foundation of subjectivity in the normalization of digital behavior and the integrity of emotional expression,and achieve the unity of online“specificity and objectivity”and offline“regularity and emotionality”.The dual unity can promote social work to better adapt to the changes of the digital age while adhering to the unchanging nature of life,helping service recipients live more meaningful lives in a digital environment,and promoting innovation in the community’s intelligent governance system.
