摘　　要：芋头美味可口,具有较高的营养价值。北京地区多为沙土地,且昼夜温差较大,种植的芋头口感较好,芋头种植逐渐受到重视。本文以北京市昌平区的示范种植为例,探讨了北京地区芋头的主要栽培技术及其观赏价值,在提高生产者收入的同时,深挖芋头的观赏、药用、食用等价值,并结合地方文旅特色,以实现农文旅融合发展,以期对北京乃至京津冀地区乡村旅游发展、美丽田园建设起到借鉴作用。Colocasia esculenta is delicious and has high nutritional value.The Beijing area is mostly sandy land with large temperature differences between day and night,and the C.esculenta grown has a good taste.C.esculenta cultivation is gradually receiving attention.This article took the demonstration planting of C.esculenta in Changping district,Beijing as an example to explore the main cultivation techniques and ornamental value of C.esculenta in Beijing.While increasing the income of producers,the ornamental,medicinal,and edible values of C.esculenta were deeply explored.Combined with local cultural and tourism characteristics,the integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism was achieved,which provided reference for the development of rural tourism and the construction of beautiful countryside in Beijing and surrounding areas.
