摘 要:目的搭建外科疾病相关器官三维重建医疗云服务平台并对其应用进行评价。方法以海信计算机辅助手术系统(Hisense CAS)制作的三维重建数字器官为基础,搭建具有网站式操作功能界面的三维重建医疗云服务平台,并分析2016年3月—2023年5月云服务平台在我国各省医院及各类外科疾病中的应用情况。设计调查问卷对云服务平台指导手术的效果进行满意度调查。结果云服务平台2016年3月—2023年5月向临床提供了43470例三维重建数字器官,应用范围涉及25个省份的237家医疗机构,医疗机构数量和三维重建数字器官例数均以山东省最多;云服务平台内以肺、肝胆模块三维重建数字器官例数最多,并呈逐年上升趋势。青岛大学附属医院单中心三维重建数字器官5543例,涉及疾病以肝胆胰和肺支气管病变最多。满意度调查结果显示,云服务平台操作展示效果及手术规划两方面满意医生构成比分别为88.5%和92.0%。结论三维重建医疗云服务平台能够较好地集成和管理各地区、病种的三维重建数字器官,为临床提供便捷的手术规划及设计服务,平台医师用户普遍认可本平台的临床应用价值。Objective To establish a three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction medical cloud service platform for surgical disease related organs,and to investigate its application value.Methods A medical cloud service platform with a website-style interface was established based on the 3D digital reconstruction of organs created by Hisense Computer-assisted Surgery(CAS)system,and its application in various provincial hospitals and surgical diseases from March 2016 to May 2023 was analyzed.A questionnaire was designed to investigate the degree of satisfaction with the efficacy of surgeries guided by the 3D reconstruction medical cloud service platform.Results From March 2016 to May 2023,the cloud service platform provided 43470 cases of 3D-reconstructed digital organs for clinical use,covering 237 medical institutions across 25 provinces,with the highest numbers of medical institutions and 3D-reconstructed digital organs in Shandong Province.The cloud service platform provided the highest number of 3D-reconstructed digital organs for the lung and hepatobiliary modules,which tended to increase year by year.The single-center analysis showed 5543 cases of 3D-reconstructed digital organs in The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University,mainly involving hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases and pulmonary bronchial lesions.The survey on degree of satisfaction showed that the doctors who were satisfied with the operation demonstration and surgical planning of the cloud service platform accounted for 88.5%and 92.0%,respectively.Conclusion The 3D reconstruction medical cloud service platform can effectively integrate and manage 3D-reconstructed digital organs across different regions and diseases,thereby providing convenient surgical planning and design services for clinical use,and doctors using this platform highly recognize the clinical application value of the platform.
